How long does a wash take?
Allow 1 h 30 for the Silver Pack, 2 h 30 for the Gold Pack and 3 h 30 for the Diamond Pack.
Can surcharges apply?
Yes, in two cases, listed above: an extremely dirty vehicle, and pet hair removal.
How long should I wait after a seat shampoo?
Allow at least 4 to 6 hours of drying before intensive use. We recommend leaving the windows slightly open to help evaporation.
Where is the wash carried out?
In our workshop at Chemin des Vergers, in Geneva, or at your home or office, on a private space with a 230V outlet. Travel is included in Geneva; in Vaud, a flat fee of CHF 39.90 or 59.90 applies depending on the district.
How does payment work?
You pay a 30% deposit online, by TWINT or card, via SumUp, then the balance on site. Up to 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is carried over to a future booking if you cancel; less than 24 hours before, it is kept.
